The only ingredient listed that we see in Adaprex-P is hoodia gordonii. Hoodia gordonii has been hyped on the media, which you might think would be a good thing. They kept trying, kept attempting to disprove all the other studies. But realistically even one positive study would have been a fluke at best with all of the negative. We would not recommend using Adaprex-P. It does not promote weight loss, and it does not promote any other benefits in general.
