Apple Diet

Apple diet brings the most effectiveness in the fastest time because apples are rich in varieties of vitamins and has excellent sugar, glucose, malic acid, minerals that are well absorbed through the body. Apples diet makes you feel not as hungry as the other diets and helps you clean out the feces that are contained in the long intestines. The malic, citric, tartaric acid and the large amount of soluble pectin in the apple are good for people with constipation and diarrhea.

For three days, eat as many apples you want whenever you are hungry. Usually people eat 5 to 8 apples but if you want, you can eat more than 8. On the third night, take one big table spoon of olive oil. Olive oils stimulate the intestines and make the toxin and the wastes come out.

You should try to eat organic apples and eat it with the peels and only drink water and no other drinks. For a better effect you should include exercise.

Apple diets should be only going for 3 days at maximum because if it lasts longer, you can’t get enough nutrients for your body and affect your health. It should be avoided for people with stomach ulcers, because apples are strongly acidic.
