Oftentimes, caffeine is used as a popular fat burner, because caffeine as a fat burner is effective.  It may cause side effects such as jitters, insomnia, and otherwise.  But ultimately speaking, in the right amounts, it causes a thermogenic fat burning result for many individuals.

But there is something you may not have heard before, caffeine may actually contribute to obesity.  That sounds stupid, contradictory, etc.  I mean realistically speaking, how could one thing that would actually promote weight loss then turn around and cause weight gain.  I would understand it actually if they were just talking about coffee.  While there are fat burning properties, most people weigh it down with sugars, creams, and other calories that would not only negate the effects, they would cause more weight gain.

But they’re not.  They have actually done studies that show that people with metabolic disorders that cause greater obesity such as even pre-diabetes are more likely to gain weight and have other issues when using caffeine.  It has less to do with how much they eat as it has to do with how much caffeine they are ingesting.  Essentially speaking, when you ingest caffeine on a regular basis, your body is actually less sensitive to insulin, ultimately leading to a greater likelihood of diabetes. 

So ultimately speaking, if you want to lose weight, stop using those caffeine laden diet pills, stop drinking as much coffee or lower your amounts, and otherwise stop using as much caffeine as you have, because it is not working so much as a fat burner as it is contributing to your obesity.

Well that and they don’t actually contract the muscles in the first place, it’s cardio that actually ends up burning the fat and actually ends up helping you to get the greater weight loss results you are looking for, especially around the belly.

So if you want to target belly fat, you can certainly do it. You just have to go about it in the right way and make all the right choices. Otherwise, you will not actually be able to get it, and frankly you may well end up with the skinny body and the fat belly.

You must eat breakfast. If you don’t eat breakfast, it can make you eat more at lunch time and it’s not good for your stomach to eat too much at once. Eating breakfast enough so you don’t feel hungry or too full is very important.

Eat little and often. If you’re hungry you can eat frequently. But the amount you eat has to be very little. It’s good to eat about three to four hours period. Usually people who are on a diet starve themselves and it might be worse for them. If you recklessly starve yourself, your body turns in to a constitution where if you gain weight easy even if you only eat a little bit.

Proteins give you more satisfied feeling than any other nutrients which is good for your diet because protein doesn’t have high calories and are less fattening. Chicken breasts, cooked white meat and egg whites are good proteins.

Brush your teeth often. People often eat not because they are hungry but because they feel like eating. Brushing your teeth is a good way to avoid this because after brushing teeth, you lose the taste as well as your appetite.
