Black – The antosianin in black foods have antioxidants which slow down the aging of the body. Black bean has high vitamin B, calcium, phosphorus, iron and is good for preventing arthritis, secretion of hormones and anti-aging.
Yellow – Carotenoids in yellow food have anti-aging affect and prevents cancer. Pumpkins are high in vitamin A, B, C and calcium and clean out the wastes in the colon.
White – increases resisting power in your body against and sends out the bad toxins and wastes out of the body.
