Red pepper – From the Oprah Winfrey show, she told us that she ate a little bit of chili powder every day. Also in Japan, they made a diet drink using red peppers.   The capsaicin in red pepper is what makes the hot flavor which increases the metabolism by activating the sympathetic nerve which is related to energy metabolism. When you eat red peppers, you can burn at least 10% of calories you ate.

Kelp – 10 pieces of kelp has only 20kcal. But it has rich fibroid material which makes you feel full quick and the gooey substance in the kelps stops the fat from getting absorbed to the body. It’s also good for treating constipation and coprostasis. If you don’t like kelps, seaweed is another recommended food. The iodine in seaweed makes thyroxin and burns the fats in the body.

Onions – Onions also have the hot taste which does emulsification in the body. It stops the converting from nutrients to fats and emulsifies the cholesterol and other high fats. The emulsification substance is rich in only the raw onions, so it’s good to eat it raw when having barbecues or meats.
