Scarlett Johansson is one of the Hollywood’s most sexiest and hottest celebrity and her confidence of her body adds to the beauty. She says that diets should be focused not only on the outward appearance but as well as the internal health because ultra-thin is not sexy. She has always criticized how Hollywood stars always have unhealthy diet and eating disorders.  The great thing about her diet is that she doesn’t starve or stresses about gaining weight. Her favorite foods are donuts and pizza and she’s still capable of maintaining her body figure. The secret is that Scarlett can eat smart and never fears food. Her everyday meal plans are as follows;

Morning – soup made with skim milk, orange juice, whole wheat toast, green tea and strawberries.

Lunch – chicken sandwich with whole wheat bread, salad

Dinner – chicken or turkey meat, fish, 2 baked potatoes, vegetable salad.

desert – organic yogurt made with honey or berries.

The way to look like Scarlett Johansson is to eat smartly and exercise a lot. The best exercise is walking in the mornings.  If you really want to lose weight, don’t get too stressed about diet and try to enjoy exercising and you will start loving what you do and it won’t be so hard anymore.
