How can drinking water make you lose weight?

The simple water can help you in so many ways. When we take in the food, our body stores the food as energy. In order to store the energy, we need to drink water because the energy has to be stored in the muscles as glycogen with water. But if we do not drink enough water the energy gets left in the body as glucose in the process of using the energy. When we have left over glucose in our body, it gets converted into fats in the liver. But if we drink a lot of water, our liver uses the fats whenever we need energy and stops the conversion of glucose to fats. Pure water does not contain any calories so it does not make you fat. However it helps to increase the metabolism and helps to use up the calories faster.

75% of our muscles are composed with water. When there is not enough water in the body, the process of making muscles, healing the sores and burning fats will not act as good. If you want to grow your muscles and increase the speed of your metabolism, you should consider drinking more water.
